Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Department: Operations
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer/Director of Operations/Executive Assistant to the CEO
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to senior staff, including preparing correspondence, maintaining schedules and calendars, and managing electronic and hard copy files.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; two years of business school or equivalency preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years of administrative support experience in an office environment.
Knowledge: Strong computer operations and word processing skills, with attention to detail and customer service.
